Our service hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed Sundays and Holidays. If you call Technical Support after hours or during periods of higher than normal call volumes, you will be prompted to leave a message. Leave your name, telephone number, service address and a brief message, and your call will be returned during normal service hours. If a technician does not contact you within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service at 504-6600 and provide the date and time of previous messages for our reference.
